How do I see which apartments are available right now?
All current availability is published on our listings portal, linked from every page of this site. Each listing includes photos, pricing, floor plan details, and a tour scheduler.
Are Fordham & Ralston communities pet friendly?
Many of our communities welcome pets, including Suites of Irvington, Butler Place, The Courts of Monon, and The Essex. Pet policies vary by building — check the individual listing or ask our leasing team.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the resident portal, available 24/7. For maintenance emergencies after hours, our on-call technician line is staffed — call (317) 489-9760.
Where are the leasing offices located?
Our main office is at Penn Arts, 111 E 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202, with additional offices at Suites of Irvington (5730 E Washington St) and Central State Mansion (202 Steeples Blvd). Hours are Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM and Saturday 12–4 PM.
What kinds of apartments do you offer?
